Warranty / Refunds
All our products go through a stringent quality control process prior to despatch.
If by chance we miss something, then we also provide a manufacturer’s warranty againstfactory defects for a period of up to 12 months.
We package your order in a way which significantly reduces the likelihood of damagein transit. However, if your board is damaged in transit, it will be replaced free ofcharge. In this instance, please notify us immediately, keep all packaging for return and if possible, take a photo of the damaged board on arrival.
James the Woodmandoes not accept returns or refunds for boards which have already been used, have been treated incorrectly (e.g. placed in the dishwasher or left soaking in water), or have not been purchased from us (no proof of purchase).
James the Woodman does not provide a refund where there is a change of mind.
Disclaimer
Each of the Hardwood Timber Species used come in a range of colour and characteristics. All boards will differ slightly in size due to being hand made and hand sanded. Being a natural product all boards may differ slightly in colour and natural imperfections. We provide Care Instructions with each order and recommend that board is maintained as per our instructions.
